I Thomas Gaines do hereby certify that I wish to alter that part of my will which directs that all the land North Northwest and west of my farm that is not willed away should be sold when my youngest child becomes of age, my will is that it shall not be sold but remain for timber for the benefit of six of my children which are scarce of timber, towit Grorge E. Gaines, Richard Gaines, Henry C. Gaines who I have willed my farm to and also Edward L. Gaines, Harrison t. Gaines and Narcissa Gaines given under my hand and seal this day and date above written.
