Gaines Will State of Missouri

The condition of the above board is that if James Porter, Executor of the last will and testament of Thomas Gaines, Deceased, shall faithfully administer the Estate of said Deceased, account for pay and deliver all money and property of said Estate, and perform all of the things touching said Executorship required by law the last will and testament of said deceased on the order of decree of any court having jurisdiction then the above bond to be void otherwise to remain in full force.
