Searching for long lost relatives; I am looking for info and descendants of Oma Brooks Drake born 1906 in Grand Chain, Pulaski County, Illinois. Her parents were Frank and Annie Lee (Foree) Brooks. Oma was still at home with her parents in the 1930 census, therefore moving from Grand Chain to Chicago, Illinois sometime after that. She married Hurley Drake probably in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. Their children were:

Edward Drake
Robert Drake
Ruby Drake
Odell Drake born 1937
Helen Ruth Drake passed away in the 1970s

It is assumed that Oma Drake remained in Chicago until death, which would have been in the mid 1960?s. I would really like to find information regarding her death.

I am especially interested in finding info on Odell Drake who has not been heard from by his wife or children since 1987. Odell lived in Chicago with his cousin Lenora Walker McClellan aka Dutsie during his teen years. He was in the air force from 1953 to 1957 and last stationed at Stewart Air Force Base in Newburgh, NY. He married Mary Elizabeth Jenkins in 1957 in Newburgh, New York and moved to Boston, Massachusetts in 1974. He left Boston somewhere around 1984. Odell and Mary Elizabeth had the following children:
