CHARLES WOOLFOLK
Mr. Charles Woolfolk departed this life suddenly on Saturday
night, May 18, 1985.
He was born the 24th day of September 1923, to the union of
Sarah Gaynor Woolfolk and Clarence Woolfoolk, Sr. He was the
oldest of twelve children. His mother, father and step-daughter
preceded him in death.
He was brought up in the C.O.G.I.C. and in later years was
filled with the Holy Ghost, under the leadership of the late
Elder J.P. Clemons.
He serves as chairman of the Deacon Board, Superintendent of
Sunday School and a member of the Board of Directors at Trinity
C.O.G.I.C. where he served faithfully.
He was educated in the Madison Public School System. He
served in the Armed Services during World War II and was
honorably discharged.
He was employed by the Swift Packing
company for 14 years. He was later employed by the City of
Madison, until his death for many years.
